Fundamentals of Commercial Real Estate Programs

 You asked for it, you got it!

 I have been teaching commercial courses for different states’ continuing education programs and have been repeatedly asked to create an entry-level commercial training program. Here it is.

 In response to much demand, I have created a 2 day "Fundamentals of Commercial Real Estate" training program. This 15-hour course is targeted toward new commercial real estate agents and new or seasoned residential agents who are interested in expanding or changing their focus. In addition to the two days of basic instruction, I offer two addition days of advanced instruction, which can be held immediately following the basic program, or offered later. A basic outline of the program follows.

 Since states have different educational needs, the program can be lengthened or shortened as needed to meet the number of hours you desire.

 Most of my career has been spent in commercial or investment real estate. I "retired" from development and syndication a few years ago and starting teaching real estate. I still do a little commercial development and development consulting from time to time, to keep current and because I really enjoy it.

 Please review the outline, and then let me know what you need for your group. I can easily and quickly make the necessary modifications and have it ready for you to present to your Board of Directors or any other group you wish. I can also send sample materials so you can see the quality of the student materials. Once we have decided upon the topics and timing, I will create a package, based upon your direction, suitable for you to submit to your state for continuing education credit, if so desired. I will also assist in the creation of any promotional materials you need in marketing this course. Keep in mind that you can customize this course to meet the exact needs of your licensees, which is why you are not seeing a formal brochure yet. We will do that together once we have customized your program.
