We discuss professional attire, work ethic, business communications and deportment. The objective is for the participant to recognize those activities and behaviors, which are considered inappropriate in their workplace.
Training the Trainer
From soup to nuts how to book, set up and work a room, how to create visuals, recognize bad habits and distractions, how to handle questions, different teaching techniques, creating the session plan, writing learning objectives, where to stand, what to wear, how to move. The objective of this session is to give the participant what they need to effectively stand before others and train.
Developing Presentations
How to determine topics, writing learning objectives, creating handouts and other participant materials, understanding proper timing, creating meaningful visuals. The objective of this session is to arm the participant with all the tools they need to develop a presentation or training session.
Why Dont They Get it?
There are 4 different learning styles of adults, and we learn how to integrate these into every presentation or training session. The objective of this session is to teach the participant the four styles, how to recognize them and then how to integrate specific activities into every training session in order to reach each learning style.
Fair Housing
This course deals with Federal and state laws regarding residential real estate and can be geared to sales or rentals. The objective of this session is to alert the participant to these various laws and how to do every day business within these laws.
Being the Best We Can Be
This course covers ways to provide excellent service in the hospitality industry. The objective of this session is to alert the participant of those "little things" which annoy their paying guests and prevent repeat business. Further, we will discuss solutions to common in house problems, empowering the staff to meet their guests needs easily and cost effectively.
